It's a tale of two cities when it comes to petrol prices in Chorley and Leyland.
Although fuel prices have finally fallen in recent weeks, motorists in Leyland are still paying more than their counterparts along the road in Chorley at some petrol stations - as these photographs show.

These pictures were taken by an eagle-eyed reader on Wednesday afternoon.

A litre of unleaded fuel cost 103.9p at Tesco on Foxhole Road, Chorley, however, a litre of unleaded petrol at the Leyland store on Towngate is sold at 105.9p.
