The final preparations are being made for this year's Christmas celebrations in Leyland.
On Saturday December 6, Leyland town centre will become a festive winter wonderland.
The centrepiece of the day will be a parade along Hough Lane, which will include an old Leyland bus from the British Commercial Vehicle Museum in King Street and various local groups.
Either side of the parade will be a fairground and a Christmas concert at the United Reformed Church in Hough Lane.
The concert, which starts at 3.30 pm, includes performances from talented singers Kingsley Judd, Chris Roberts and Rachael-Marie Simm.
They'll be joined by the prize-winning Lostock Hall Band, Red Rose Singers, Red Rosettes and children from the Mavis Berry School of Dance.
All the proceeds will go to Asthma UK, in memory of 20-year-old Stephen Downey, from Leyland, who died from an asthma attack earlier this year.
Businesses have also got in on the act by taking part in a 'best dressed window' competition with the winner getting to nominate £250 for their chosen charity.
